The world is shifting, the human race is evolving. Sophie’s calling in life is to support individuals in navigating this shift and period of change for humanity.

As a Division I collegiate soccer player, Sophie’s quest for understanding how human beings tick (especially high-performance individuals) and how to optimize human performance and total well-being, was ignited. She was surrounded by individuals with otherworldly talent, genius, and ability to produce, yet saw things like extremism, depression, addiction, and anxiety limiting that talent. It led her to wonder: “What else is out there for human beings that we haven’t tapped in to yet? How can we expand the joyful aspects of existence across all areas of life? What else is possible for people in the modern world?”

After graduating law school, she devoted her life to furthering her studies in ontology, human performance, and wellbeing. Ren was founded in 2018 to support individuals in thriving across all areas of their lives, allowing for greater focus on their talents, genius, and contribution in the world.

Sophie is a devoted student of ontology, a Kundalini yogi, shamanic practitioner, and certified energy healer. She has 500+ hours in formal post-degree study and continues her studies to this day. She is in wonder and curiosity of life, humanity, and of what is possible.
